What to write to us about

Write if a price, rule or date on the site has changed, if you think we have misread a service's terms, or if you want to know how we arrived at a score. It helps to include the page, the passage and a link to the source that says otherwise. We check each report against the source and correct the page when we are wrong.

Services we compare are welcome to write too. We will correct facts, and we will not change a score in exchange for anything.

What we can't help with

We can't advise you on your own hair loss, a medicine, a dose or a side effect, because we are not clinicians. If you have a side effect, contact the prescriber who treated you or your own doctor, and in an emergency call 911.
