Privacy at Scriptside

Scriptside collects almost nothing about you. There are no accounts, no forms and no mailing list, and this page explains the little that does happen when you visit.

Scriptside is a set of static pages. You can read all of it without giving us any information, and we have built it so that you never have to.

What we collect

We do not run accounts, comment boxes, sign-up forms or a mailing list, and we do not add advertising or analytics trackers to the pages. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so reading a page does not send a request to a font provider.

Like any website, the servers that deliver our pages keep standard technical logs: the address your request came from, the page asked for, the time and your browser's description of itself. Our hosting provider and the network that sits in front of it keep these logs to deliver and protect the site. We use them only to keep the site running and secure, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Email

If you write to [email protected], we keep your message and address so we can reply and follow up on a correction. We don't add you to any list, and we don't keep correspondence longer than we need it. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Some pages have marked partner links that pass through an address beginning /go/ on our site before reaching the service. Following one takes you to a site with its own privacy policy, which may set cookies to record that you arrived from us. Anything you tell that service, including health information in its questionnaire, is governed by its policy, not ours; read it before you start a consultation.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page with the date. This version is dated 22 September 2026. Questions go to [email protected].
